Hanoi Larosa Hotel, Hanoi

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a huge bed and bathtub, making it incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Kiew Anh who was so kind and helpful. The location was very good, although it's not in the old quarter, it was nearby all major attractions and restaurants. The dining experience was friendly and helpful, although it could have been better with more variety during breakfast. The facilities were great overall, providing a pleasant stay.

I had a lovely stay at Larosa Hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Kiew Anh, who went out of her way to make my short trip into the city center even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the Temple of Literature and Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, although a bit of a walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. However, being away from the old quarter meant needing taxis for sightseeing, and the noise from the nearby railway station could be bothersome at times.

The lady named Kieu Anh was particularly helpful in arranging activities for my business trip, thanks to the reliable internet service.
